Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Skincare that has been opened can only be returned if it arrived damaged or faulty. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.
To start, go to start a return with your order number (it starts with FT-) and the email you ordered with. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
